In view of this, it is considered appropriate to approve the Procedure for awarding and paying scholarships by business entities and the Model Agreement of the business entity with the educational institution, enterprise, institution, organization that provides training at the expense of scholarships paid by business entities (Table 4.6).

The filling of the special fund of the HEI is also hampered by the fact that the current le gislation does not encourage the receipt of financial assistance from international organizations. This leads to the unregulated supply of goods and services in the customs territory of Ukraine and the import of goods into the customs territory of Ukraine in the framework of projects funded by NATO.
